Our own development project
Apartment buildings Hencovce are CONSTRUCTOR-EU's own development project. Four apartment buildings with rental flats will rise on Letná street in Hencovce, offering modern housing within easy reach of Vranov nad Topľou.
Park courtyard
The heart of the project is a calm park zone in the courtyard with greenery and places to rest. Parking is arranged around the perimeter, keeping the courtyard reserved for residents.
Project status
The project is currently in the design documentation phase, based on an architectural and urban study.
