Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
What data we process
You provide us with personal data primarily through the contact form on this website: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
When you visit the website, the server technical logs automatically record your IP address, browser type and time of access. This data is used solely to ensure the operation and security of the website.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Handling your enquiry — we process contact form data in order to respond to your message and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual relations).
- Website operation and security — we process server technical logs on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send you unsolicited commercial communications.
Retention period
We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, at most 24 months from the last communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the period required by applicable legislation, in particular accounting and tax regulations.
Recipients of data
We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Access to the data may be granted to the web hosting provider and the website administrator, solely to the extent necessary to keep the website running. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
