Each project is led by one responsible team, so the investor handles preparation, construction and handover with a single partner. Thanks to our own capacities, we keep deadlines and quality under control.

Preparation and design
We take over the plan, prepare the project documentation and draw up the budget.

Construction
We deliver the structural work and building services with our own capacities and fleet.

Finishing works
We complete technical and finishing works down to the last detail according to the agreed standard.

Handover and service
We hand over the building with complete documentation and remain available even after final approval.
