Eighteen new flats in an extension that ranks among the largest timber structures in Slovakia.

Extension of the original building

The apartment building was created as an extension on top of the original building in which the company held an ownership share. Thanks to its timber load-bearing structure, it ranks among the largest timber structures in Slovakia.

Handover to the municipality

18 flats were built and serve as rental housing. The municipality purchased the building in 2024.
